Dan Norton is a partner at ICM Partners, a talent and literary agency representing clients in the fields of motion pictures, television, publishing, music, theater branded entertainment and digital media. ICM Partners is one of the predominant agencies in the United States and Europe, with its principal offices in Los Angeles, New York and London.
Mr. Norton represents directors, producers, writers, actors, production companies, including Sam Esmail, the creator and showrunner of the USA hit series MR. ROBOT, and Kevin Wade, the showrunner of the CBS series BLUEBLOODS. He has clients working on multiple hit shows including ORANGE IS THE NEW BLACK, MOM, MADAMSECRETARY and EMPIRE. He also represents showrunners including Jeff Astrof, Eddie Gorodetsky and Diane English and is a part of a team representing prolific director John Singleton and television director Michael Offer. Mr. Norton has brokered lucrative deals at major studio and has sold multiple pilots and series to both broadcast and cable networks.
After graduating from Loyola Marymount, Mr. Norton began his television at Endeavor in 1999 as an assistant then went on to Dreamworks, where he worked in the television department. He joined ICM in 2000 as an assistant and was quickly promoted to agent in 2002 in the television literary division.
