Damian joined Lookout Point as Commercial Director in early 2016. He is responsible for all commercial operations including the funding of the company’s global drama projects for major international broadcasters and digital platforms.

Previously, Damian worked as Head of Drama at BBC Worldwide, where he acquired and championed commercially attractive scripted content to be sold domestically and internationally across all media.

Damian started his television career as a freelance producer with Flying Pictures and Pearson where he worked on big factual productions such as The Making of Britain for Channel 4. He then joined, ran and still co-owns, Skyworks, an independent production company making factual series for major international broadcasters and licensing footage from the world’s largest HD aerial stock video.

At Lookout Point, Damian is currently working across the diverse development slate including the latest greenlit productions, Andrew Davies’s adaptation of Les Misérables, Mike Bartlett’s Press, and Sally Wainwright’s Shibden Hall, all for the BBC.
