An Iranian born in Paris, raised in Atlanta, GA and educated in Washington, D.C. and NYC, and currently residing in Los Angeles, Arvand is always one step ahead of the authorities. After graduating from Georgetown University's School of Foreign Service and the Cardozo School of Law, Arvand started his entertainment career in the mailroom at WME, where he was trained in the TV Literary group. As an agent in the Global TV group, Arvand does independent financing, international co-productions, and sales on a variety of scripted series on behalf of the industry's top producers and creators.
