American Gods

Michael Green is a television and film writer and producer. In 2017, in addition to his work on Blade Runner 2049, Green wrote the adaptation of Agatha Christie’s Murder on the Orient Express, directed by Kenneth Branagh; and co-wrote Alien: Covenant, directed by Ridley Scott, as well as Logan, directed by James Mangold. His previous feature work includes co-writing Green Lantern.

In television, Green currently serves, along with Bryan Fuller, as co-showrunner and executive producer of Starz’s American Gods, adapted from Neil Gaiman’s novel.

Previously, Green created and executive-produced NBC’s Kings and ABC’s The River. In addition, he has written and produced for numerous shows, including Heroes, Everwood, Jack & Bobby, Smallville and Sex and the City.
