Roy Ashton is the Head of the TV Literary & Packaging Dept. at The Gersh Agency, with offices in Los Angeles and New York. Prior to joining Gersh as Partner in November, 2011, Ashton spent 13 years at CAA. Starting in the mailroom, Ashton now functions in all areas of Television, helping clients sell shows and package projects at the major networks, major cable and premium cable outlets. He has taught at USC’s Film School and founded the Junior Hollywood Radio & Television Society. A graduate of Columbia University, Roy now lives in Los Angeles with his wife and three children.
